To process a sponsorship booking we collect: company name, contact person, job title, work email, phone number (optional), billing address, VAT ID (optional), the package and location you selected, billing notes, and the timestamp and wording version of the confirmation you agreed to.

We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the booking request, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) if you arrived through a campaign link.

We never see, receive or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely inside Stripe’s own payment form, and card data is sent directly from your browser to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). We receive only a payment identifier and the result.

Booking and payment data: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to perform the contract you are entering into.

Invoice and accounting records: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal retention obligations under German commercial and tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).

Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time. Nothing is loaded before you decide.

Stripe (payment processing), Neon (database hosting, EU region), Vercel (application hosting, EU region), Resend (transactional email), and Google Sheets (internal booking overview for the ADAN Careers team). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.

Booking records that result in an invoice are retained for ten years, as German commercial and tax law requires. Bookings that were never completed are removed after twelve months.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Write to careers@adancareers.com.
